DELEGATE Registration Registration for delegates is now solely done online. Before you start registering, please read the following:   1. The on-line process for delegates includes conference, tutorial, social event, and tours registration.           To proceed to the accommodation booking module, click here.           If you have not done so yet, you may want to check the list of tutorials being offered on            Monday  May 11, the scheduled selection of social events and the proposed tours of the City           and area. The registration module opens in a new window so that you can check these at any           time during registration.      2. The registration process must be completed in a single session. Have all the information ready           before you start. Notably, please            - have your IEEE/OES membership number ready before you start registering            - have the relevant credit card information ready.     3. All amounts are quoted and collected in Euro.     4. An immediate confirmation email will be sent to you upon registration completion.     5. Full non-member registration includes a credit applied toward IEEE Membership.           Please visit the IEEE Oceanic Engineering Society booth on the exhibit floor for further details.     6. Students will be required to provide proof of status.    7. Registration cancellations received by April 10, 2009 will be eligible for a full refund minus a handling           charge (€50). Registration cancellations received after April 10, 2009, and before April 20, 2009           will be eligible to receive a refund equal to 50% of the amount paid. No refunds will be given after           April 20, 2009.    8.
